Returns and Refunds

 

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: Any product that arrived undamaged and the 14 days since delivery have passed, or any commissioned artwork that has arrived undamaged, regardless of the amount of time since delivery. 

For any product that arrived damaged due to improper handling, contact us through the contact page of the website and we will be in touch. Send us a picture of the damaged item/items through our email and whether you would prefer a new item or a refund. After assessing the damages, Ataloops L.L.C. possesses the right to make the final decision on whether to send you said new item or refund. 

When we receive a valid claim for a damaged product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for the shipment of repaired or replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the return shipment of the product to us.
